Non-TransferableMonthly membership fee will be charged to your credit card automatically every month.Monthly Autopay will continue until you cancel your membership and you must provide a 30 day notice of cancellation in writing to shannonshondeff@fit4mom.com and cancellation form completed (can find form on longbeach.fit4mom.com under FAQs)Not attending classes does not constitute intention to cancel. Written notice and form must be received.
Hold may be placed on a membership for one month or up to 3 months but a return date must be given. Hold form must be completed and found on longbeach.fit4mom.com under FAQs.5 days right to cancel- if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 5 days in which to get a full refund of your initial payment.
